Holiday Pops has become our annual family tradition and the highlight of the holiday season.  The musical performances are breathtaking, deeply moving and so much fun!

The Lowcountry’s favorite Holiday tradition returns on Thanksgiving weekend in Bluffton and Hilton Head Island. This season, the Hilton Head Dance Theatre joins the HHSO in a performance of Act 2 of Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker, including the famous “Characteristic Dances”, Waltz of the Flowers, and Apotheosis/Finale. The program will feature Broadway star Meredith Inglesby, making her HHSO debut, along with the HHSO Chorus, and Hilton Head Concerto Competition winner Jaia Alli performing the finale of the Lalo Cello Concerto. Fan favorite, “Yes, Virginia, There is a Santa Claus” will also be performed. JMR’s reading, set to Elgar’s “Nimrod Variation”, it is a poignant experience that can’t be missed.
