Put Your Name on a Key
The 88 Key Society offers a distinctive way to support the Hilton Head International Piano Competition and the Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra.
Established during the 2013 Hilton Head International Piano Competition, the 88 Key Society has grown into one of the Competition’s important annual fundraising programs. Membership is limited to just 88 keys, creating an exclusive circle of supporters who help sustain the artistry, opportunities and international reach of the Competition.
Each member “owns” one or more keys of the Competition piano through an annual contribution of $500 per key. Members may select an available note and renew that key each year. If a member chooses not to renew, the key becomes available for another supporter.
How the 88 Key Society Works
With an annual gift of $500 per key, you can select one or more available keys on the Competition piano.
Your membership directly supports the Hilton Head International Piano Competition, whose mission is to encourage and support excellence in classical piano performance by providing talented young pianists with opportunities to perform, compete before internationally acclaimed judges and advance their careers.
The Competition was founded by the Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra in 1996 and today attracts talented pianists from around the world.

Support the Next Generation of Pianists
The Hilton Head International Piano Competition provides emerging pianists with far more than an opportunity to compete.
Through its rotating schedule of adult and young artist competitions and the BravoPiano! festival, the HHIPC showcases extraordinary musicians and helps provide young artists with valuable performance opportunities at pivotal moments in their careers.
Finalists also have the extraordinary opportunity to perform concerto repertoire with the Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra, bringing together the Competition and Orchestra in one of the signature experiences of the event.
By joining the 88 Key Society, you become part of the community that makes these experiences possible.
